Clothing I’ve Been Wearing For EMF, EMI, RFID & Radiation Protection

Alright… You’ve all been asking what the heck I wear now for 5G and EMF blocking on my flights or any other high-EMF scenario, so here’s the big reveal:

For the top, I wear a NoChoice Hoodie, which is made of 100% silver fiber technology. The hoodie has conductive, EMF, EMI, RFID, and anti-radiation functions. There is a grounding attachment and comes with a grounding cord so you can also ground when you get to your final destination (without having to go barefoot/outside). It zips up fully over the head to ensure your face, neck, eyes, brain, etc. are fully protected. You are even able to see through the fabric when zipped up so you can continue with daily activities. The silver fabrics are naturally and permanently antimicrobial too, which is nice.

For the bottom, I wear the NoChoice Reversible Joggers made of 100% silver fiber technology on the silver side. The black side is water-resistant nylon. Like the top, the joggers have conductive, EMF, EMI, RFID, and anti-radiation functions. There is a grounding attachment on these too.

So top and bottom together, they are basically like a full-body faraday cage. They even make a full-body suit for babies, which I think is cool, and very important. Also, I know that it’s working because I can’t even take a phone call if my phone is on and it’s in my pocket! Pretty comfortable too.

There’s a reason that I personally drink no more than 1-2 cups of caffeinated black coffee each day, and switch to decaf for at least 1 week every couple of months. Low dose caffeine can improve mental performance and protect against Alzheimer’s, so you don’t need to avoid it entirely. But acting similarly to anti-depressants, high doses of caffeine, ephedrine, guarana, Ritalin, and any other central nervous system stimulant can flood the brain with neurotransmitters, creating neurotransmitter resistance or long term receptor damage. People who frequently use coffee, tea, soda, or energy drinks actually change their brain’s chemistry and physical characteristics over time. Because it is both water and fat-soluble, caffeine can easily cross your blood-brain barrier, and as you dump more and more caffeine into your body, your brain cells grow more receptors for a neurotransmitter called adenosine. Adenosine causes feelings of tiredness, and its molecular structure closely resembles caffeine – so caffeine can easily fit into your brain cells’ receptors for adenosine. With its receptors constantly plugged up by caffeine, adenosine can no longer bind to those receptors and cause the feeling of tiredness. Unfortunately, your body’s response is to create more and more adenosine receptors – so you eventually need more and more caffeine to block the feeling of tiredness – and over time, you build up a tolerance. The good news is that to kick a caffeine habit and “reset” your adenosine receptors, you only need to get through about 7-12 days of caffeine avoidance, which is why I recommend taking week-long breaks from coffee and other similar stimulants every couple months.
